TRADING TERMS

• We do not have minimum orders, but we do levy an extra $7.50 above freight on orders under $100
• Any order under $250.00 requires up front payment.
• First Orders are Pro Forma and we require a $200.00 up front fee to begin packing. ( We guarantee that we will have the finished invoice to you within 48 hours of receiving your money!)
• We offer 30 days credit once you have completed $1000.00 of orders with us and upon receipt of, and approval of, your credit application.
• We may require payment of an existing order when another large ($500.00+) order is placed.
• Orders ($250+) after Pro Forma will receive a 5% discount for payment within 7 days of receipt of goods BUT we reserve the right to exclude freight costs from the discount where these are high.
• Payment can be by credit card, cheque or directly into our account.
• Regretfully we cut off your credit if payment has not been made by the end of the month, after 60 days from the invoice date.  We will also charge interest from this date at a rate around overdraft rates (currently 1.25%/month).

FREIGHT 

We endeavour to send your goods at the lowest rates.  To achieve this end we use;

         Startrack Express for all freight unless you specify other wise.
